Alumni travelled from far and wide to attend last week’s ‘Seaford on Tour’ gathering in London – none more so than Larry Khedouri and Ajibola Dalley.

Larry (1955-60) flew to London from New Jersey, just across the Hudson River from Manhattan, where he runs a property business. Ajibola (1989-94) came from Nigeria where he is Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria and a Notary Public.

Thirty-five years apart as students, they spoke to each other about how Seaford had shaped their lives. “Going to Seaford was the luckiest thing that ever happened to me,” said Larry who had arrived in England from America at the age of 14.

Ajibola recounted how he had needed support with English at Seaford and had received one-to-one tuition from his house tutor. He said he still thinks of how those extra English lessons gave him the confidence and skills to develop a very successful career in law in Nigeria (pictured below).

Thanks, Larry and Ajibola, for travelling so far to share your stories of your time at Seaford.
