Remembrance Lunch

Alumni gathering a hit with both old and young
Mansion Dining Room
Mansion Dining Room

It was wonderful to see so many alumni in the Mansion Dining Room last weekend for the post Remembrance Sunday service lunch.

The traditional roast, which has become very popular, was attended by former students of all ages. There were many familiar faces to catch up with, and even one or two who had not been back to the College for many decades.

One former student, Kevin Ward, said it had been a pleasure to return for the first time in 50 years. He explained that he’d been part of an all-conquering, ‘Invincibles’ rugby First XV back in the early 1970s.

The packed dining room enjoyed the fabulous roast dinner and puddings made by the Seaford Catering Team. Thanks for all their efforts and to all the alumni for making the occasion so special.

We’re looking forward to seeing some old and new faces next year.
